Daily moment points are missing consistently and sporadically since September 8, 2019.
Thank you for reaching out with that information! I can see the Points are awarded for the random days. Do you currently have your Daily Moment activity set in your Go365 Mobile app? It will need to be reset every 28 days. Please let me know how many days are left on the activity and I would be happy to take a closer look for you!
Yes it's set up in the app & a new 28 days was set after the last 28 ended.
