I did not log into Go365 on my phone for some time. I did log in yesterday and the data was not synced. I read similar posts. Uninstalled, re-installed the Go365 App. Relinked Apple Health. The data is not synced.
Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern! Did you recently get a new device around that time? If so, it could have been trying to pull from the old phone for that time.
