My steps are not adding up nor uploading correctly. Go365 should have updated and corrected steps from 3-4 days ago by now. But it's continuing to be a problem and it's affecting my points and standing in the challenge.

I am being shorted 43,000 steps from Saturday thru yesterday.
No. Everything should've been updated automatically directly from my Fitbit. Those were my actual steps.
Thank you! I apologize for my confusion. Are you referring to the steps in the Challenge? It can take an additional 48 hours for all of the steps to filter to the challenges.

No, I'm being shorted points/steps on my Dashboard activity as well as in my Challenges. I can take screenshots of the last few weeks from Fitbit if needed. I was shorted over 43,000 last weekend and over 5,000 this weekend that I've seen so far.
Thank you for that information. I can see that 10/5 was showing partial steps and has now been corrected. Can you please compare your Go365 Statement and your daily steps in Fitbit and let me know if there are any other days that are incorrect.
The steps corrected today, will reflect in any challenges within 48 hours.
