I just started using the app on 10/4/19 and noticed today (10/9/19) that the App has not synced up with Apple Health for anything yet. How long does it take for points for steps earned/weight lost to show up in the system?

Thank you for responding, I appreciate it. That’s odd. I had already connected Apple Health to the app. Regardless, I deleted and reinstalled the app and followed the steps outlined in your email. How long will it take to see the results in the app?

App still is not syncing after reconnecting it to Apple Health. Please fix the syncing problem. I’m running IOS 13.1.2.

I am also having this issue and it has no synced since 9/22/2019. I have the newest version of the Apple IOS and i have disconnected are reconnected and given permissions and still nothing.
