Strava and Garmin stopped syncing on October 1

Things started going weird on October 1.  Strava and Garmin stopped syncing.


I called up customer support and they told me that they are having system issues and to try back in a few days.


I called them again on Oct 6 to let them know nothing is syncing.  They told me re-install the app and remove all devices and re-connect.   Re-installing the app didn't make any sense - since the syncing is between servers - but I did it anyway.

I removed and re-connected to Strava and that's working as of yesterday.


I removed and re-connected to Garmin and it's still not working.  Status is saying "Last synced on Oct 1".  So I just lost out on 8 days on activities.  ugh.   


Any idea on what's going on?
