No work out points awarded between 10/1 and 10/5. Why?

I have seen this question in the Go365 Community but have not seen any reasonable answers. Nor have I received a response via email since I asked this question yesterday. 


I have not received any workout points between these dates 10/1 and 10/5. I have disconnected and reconnected my FitBit. I have restarted the Go365 app. Please advise.
