The go365 app no longer remembers my device. I have a Samsung android phone. Each time I login I must put in the conformation code that is emailed to me.

I am also having this same problem. Has this been resolved? I find that I use the app MUCH less because I don't want to deal with the constant device verification. HELP!
I apologize for the delay. This has since been resolved through an update with Go365 and Samsung.
Please be sure that you have the most up to date Android system version and Go365 Mobile app version.
If you are still needing to verify your device, please change the verification method to mobile text through your settings.
