I have been trying to sync my data in the last hour from my Health app with Go366 but it is not displaying the correct amount of steps.
After signing into the Go365 mobile app, it can take 24-48 hours for your steps to be sent to us from Apple Health. The more frequently you sign into the Go365 mobile app, the more efficiently your data will update.
If you continue to have a large gap in data, we recommend deleting the Go365 mobile app, restarting your phone, reinstalling the Go365 mobile app, and reconnecting Apple Health. Just be sure to "turn all categories on" when reconnecting.
