Everytime I log into GO365, it tells me I have a new device.
The technical team has detected an error with your account, so they have cleared your TFA preferences. You should be prompted to complete the 2-step process once more, but then your device should be remembered. Please advise if this is not the case.

Just to let you know, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Also,
restarted the phone.

Each time you uninstall the app, it will definitely have you complete the process again. IT has cleared the error again. Is it still prompting you to complete the verification process each time?
