I’ve been receiving an error message every day on the app since 10/4 and my Health app hasn’t synced. I’ve received no points since 10/3.

Can you please delete the Go365 mobile app, restart your phone, reinstall the Go365 app, and reconnect Apple Health? When reconnecting, please be sure to "turn all categories on."
