The app no longer recognizes my device and requires me to have a passcode emailed to me EVERYTIME I try to log on.  Nothing has changed with my phone.  Please tell me how to stop this.  Thank you.

I have not changed phone yet the app (for 4 days now) is requiring me to request a passcode to be able to sign in.  Each time it says, "congratulations your phone is now connected".  How do I stop this?
