I received my flu shot on October 4th and submitted a document on the same day in order to receive my points. However, as of today, I still have received no points. How long does it take for the points to show up on my account?
I can understand the frustration! Flu shots will award 200 Points once per plan year. Due to the way that the flu shot is billed by your doctors office, other immunizations received can cause it to award.
I can see that you were awarded earlier this plan year, can you please check your Go365 Statement and filter by prevention to verify.
I am confused by my Go365 Statement. It states that I had a flu shot on Thursday 03/28 and one on Sunday 07/08. I did not have flu shots on those dates. The only flu shot I have had is the one on Friday 10/04/2019. I re-submitted my documentation.
I only have a flu shot once a year. The last one I had was last year around October.
Thank you so much for reaching out to us! Flu shots can be awarded through claims. Sometimes when the doctor bills a different shot or vaccine, it can trigger the flu shot to award based off of the codes that they use.
We have submitted feedback on this, however, we are unable to change the way that the doctors bill the injections and removing some options can cause the flu shots not to award.
So, even though I submitted documentation from the doctor's office on the day I received the shot, I will not receive credit for it. Is this what you're telling me?
I apologize for my confusion. You were already awarded the flu shot Points earlier this plan year. They will not award more than 200 Points for each plan year.
