When I entered the authentication second security code, it's not valid and told my account was locked.
Thank you so much for reaching out with your concern! If you have gotten an invalid code too many times, it will lock you out for 24 hours. Can you please try and request the code again and complete the verification process? If you get the invalid code again, please be sure that if you are copying and pasting the code, there are no spaces at the end and that you have used the code within 5 mins of receiving.

I have tried several times to reenter my security code. I still cannot get in. And, there isn't an option for me to request a new code or do anything else to get in to 365.

Thank you so much for that information. Are you getting this error on the Go365 Mobile app or the Go365 website? When you received the code, did you copy and paste or enter the code? If you are unable to enter the code, you will need to back out to the login page to request a new code.
