I’ve logged in says that my Fitbit is connecting and it show my steps on the Fitbit app.

If they are not showing on your Fitbit account, can you please sync your Fitbit Tracker to your Fitbit account.
If they are showing on your Fitbit account, can you please disconnect your Fitbit account from Go365, reconnect and allow all data to be shared. Please be sure that you use your Fitbit email and password when you reconnect it to Go365.
