My delay occurred before 10/10/2019, you guys need to back date this delay a week because I have been having skipped days way before the delay and is losing out on earning points. Please fix this issue, I’m sure I’m not alone on this.

This delay has been going on where some days points have not been added on the charts. The consecutive delay started October 2019 but please go back a lot of us has lost points due to this glitch. Please fix this issue and help us get the points we deserve to have on our chart. The devices should show where we have accumulated and they have not been added.
