It hasn’t synced since mid September! I log in everyday. I’m losing so many points.

Sorry but I still can not see where they have been updated. It’s still showing 796 and if you look at my days and steps you can tell that it doesn’t add up. So I don’t see how the problem was resolved. Please help!
