I have an apple xs that is current with its updates. I was having the issue with the go365 app not syncing with the health app. I uninstalled the go365 app, restarted my phone and then reinstalled the go365 app. After the install I typed in my user name and password, it then took me a to a verification screen to enter the text sent code. I entered that and it said I was ready to log in again. From that point on I get a login failed message. "the user name or password you entered does not match our records. Please try again." I have tried repeating this entire process several times and it just does not work. Assistance on this issue would be appreciated.
