Go365 is not counting my Fitbit steps for 10/11 and 10/13. How do I retrieve them?
I see that the steps from both 10/11 and 10/13 have now updated. Thank you for your patience, and keep up the great work!
I have disconnected Fitbit multiple times and now the points have been recovered from 10/13. I’m still missing steps and points from 10/11. Please help me recover them.
Thank you! Is it normal that I should have to disconnect from Go365 daily and reconnect? It’s very frustrating. Is it because I have a Fitbit? Do people with Apple watches have this issue as well?

You should definitely not have to disconnect/reconnect daily. It can take up to 24-48 hours after syncing your Fitbit tracker with your Fitbit account, for the data to transfer to us. Allowing the proper amount of time is a critical factor.
Also, there were syncing troubles/delays for all members over the past weekend. That is likely what caused the missing steps for you as well.
