I noticed on September Incentive Report that my monthly reward money was a lot lower than August’s. What would cause this much of a drop?
It all depends on the activities that you are completing within the month. If you completed an activity that was worth a good amount of Points in one month, but not another (most larger items are awardable once per plan year), then your Points total may look very different.
The way I understand it is when insurance policy renews your Rewards status stays the same but your Earned status starts over at Blue. I am currently at Bronze. Our policy was renewed 7/1/19. I have been paid the Silver reward amount for July & August. Why would it drop significantly for September?
I am so sorry. I misunderstood your question. Unfortunately Go365 customer service does not have access to the incentive credit information. Please contact the billing department in regards to this concern.
