I check daily, but my dashboard only shows points until Oct. 5th???
I do see that we are no longer being sent any step data from Apple Health. Do you frequently sign into your Go365 mobile app? Doing so is the only way the data is pushed over to Go365.
Please sign into your Go365 mobile app, and reply to this message once you have done so.
Thank you! I do check my Go365 mobile app daily which is how I realized it wasn’t registering since the 5th. I did get a new phone, but as far as I can see, the health app is functioning. Many thanks for your help! Best, Maren
