I have tried time and time again to link the healthiq app. I have been answering the lquestions but not earning points.
I apologize for any frustration! Unfortunately, I still do not see a Health IQ account successfully connected. Often the reasoning is due to the incorrect email and password being entered for the Health IQ account, when attempting to connect.
You can go to HealthIQ.com, and attempt to sign in. If you are able to sign in, and see data from previously completed quizzes, then you will know that those are the correct login credentials (you do not want to connect by using the Facebook link, or other).
