Everytime i log in to the go365 app on my phone it has me verifying my phone...will this be fixed soon?

So does this have to be fixed on a case by case, person by person, basis? We have been having this issue for weeks on our Motorola G6 phones. Getting real old.
I have the same problem too on my LG G6. They seem incapable or uninterested in fixing it
