My Fitbit Versa no longer syncing with Go365

My Fitbit Versa recently had a firmware update and I haven't received points for a week since. For example I got 22,000 steps Sunday 10/13 but got 1 point only because of Samsung Health. Please don't assume that is the problem. I connected that app only AFTER I stopped getting points from Fitbit. I've disconnected and reconnected several times so that isn't the issue. Any other ideas?
