I am linked to go 365 on my phone Samsung and it counts my steps on my phone I sign in everyday and it dont count them on the app anymore

S8+ it was counting them but now it's not it just stopped on 9/1 then out of no where counted them for 10/2 and then nothing

Can you please delete the Go365 mobile app, restart your phone, reinstall the Go365 app, and then reconnect S Health?
