App does not load from Apple health.

My Apple Watch is connected app via iPhone to i health and go365. However none of my steps load and when I try contacting support they continually say I don’t have a connected device. I have deleted apps reconnected multiple times. My phone shows everything connected properly issues have to be on the Go365 side. Very disappointed and I am missing out on daily points for my 18k average steps.
