After getting a new phone, my activities did not sync. After an uninstall and reconnection, there is nothing new since February. How do I make sure the data between then and now are reflected on my log?
Hi there! I can confirm that we are now receiving, and awarding, your step data from Apple Health. Just be sure to keep frequently signing into your Go365 mobile app, as that is how the data gets pushed over to us from Apple.
