So I have a brand new iPhone 11 and I cannot get the steps to show up and go 365. I checked the forms and the FAQs and checked with people who have issues. It appears that maybe there might be an old account that I’ve never used that may be blocking it. B

iPhone 11 and I’ve added into my 365. I need the steps to go in. I had a previous account but I never had an iPhone so this is a new phone with an old account. Everything is properly connected but no data is being transferred
