I was able to log in fine until this weekend when it says i have no go 365 coverage.  My insurance hasn't changed.  what is the deal?

I copied the question asked by Aka261102836929 on Oct 14, 2019 as it seems to be the same error.
I confirmed a coworker can still log in. I tried both website and app and getting the same error.
