I have never seen anything from my fitness or Garmin Connect show up in Go365 even though they show connected. What am I doing wrong? This is a two year situation.

After reviewing your account, I can confirm that we are now receiving step data from Apple Health. Be sure to frequently sign into your Go365 mobile app, as doing so is the only way the data is pushed over to us from Apple.
I can also verify that there is a Garmin Connect account paired with Go365, however, there is no step/workout data on the account. If you regularly sync your Garmin tracker with your Garmin account, then you may want to sign into connect.garmin.com to ensure you know the correct login credentials for your Garmin account. Once verified, you can disconnect Garmin from your Go365 account, and reconnect.
