I am not receiving all of my points.

Go365 is connected to Samsung health and activity is tracked with a Samsung watch. I register over 15,000 steps on a regular daily basis and only get 10-11 points maximum. Why am I consistently not getting credit for all of my steps. This has been going on for well over a month.
