You may need to delete and reinstall the Go365 mobile app. Please, also, make sure that your location services and Bluetooth are turned on.
Great, but now it won’t recognize my device when I try to use Beacon! I’m at the gym and this is FRUSTRATING. Thanks for any help,

Did you notice this issue begin after completing the most recent iOS update?
It all happened about the same time... the instructions to delete and reinstall the Go 365 app, and the IOS update.
