I want to use my points on gift certificates and when I went through the process to redeem them I never received an email from 365 with the certificates. I don't want to lose my chance with missing out on the certificates and not sure what to do.
You can also access all previous orders (and e-gift card codes) within the Order History on your Go365.com account. All you need to do is sign into your account, click "Shop", "My Orders", and then "Order details."
For Target, you will see a list of hyperlinked codes (challenge keys). After clicking on the code, you will need to enter that same code into the "Challenge Key" box. After doing so, the gift card PDF will display to print.
