I'm not getting an email with my confirmation code with a new device.. help!

I'm trying to log in to my Go365 page and when it says that the device is not recognized and prompts me to type in the confirmation code, i never get the email with the confirmation code. I've tried several times. I can log in on my phone but when I try to on my laptop it wont send me the code. Help!
