KEHP - no steps or points since 8/28??

KEHP is not using Go365 after this insurance year. I’m trying to figure out why the app is no longer counting my steps and accruing points. I walk at least 5 miles every day and log in frequently. I use an apple Watch and the activity app to track. Please advise. The last daily workout recorded was 8/29. I log into the app at least twice a week.
