problems with app

Everytime I log into Go365, it does not recognize my device and I have to wait for an email to enter a 6-digit code. The email doesn't come immediately at times and I have to re-enter for another email get a new code.

I sync my watch to the fitbit app. Normally it takes 24 hours for my steps to appear in Go365. There hasn't been an update since 10/19 and it's 10/23.

I have reinstalled the app twice and gone online with a customer service rep to solve these problems. It hasn't helped.
