When I go to the website to log in, I click "Sign In" and I'm taken to a screen that doesn't have anywhere to enter my login information. I've tried this on three different web browsers (Chrome, Firefox and Edge) across two PCs just to be sure, and I've had the same problem each time.
I also cannot log in using the app. When I enter my information, I'm given an alert that says "Login failed" and then "No_Go365_Coverage."
I know I have coverage because I'm looking at my coverage card. Is there a problem with the service?
