My fitbit is connected and syncing but I'm missing data from since Oct.11th. Any suggestions on how to get the data to be updated?
Hello! It appears that your device connection needs to be refreshed. To do so, you just need to disconnect your Fitbit from your Go365 account, and then reconnect. When reconnecting, please be sure to allow all data types to be shared with Go365.
