Unfortunately we have not been sent any step data since 10/23. Do you frequently sign into your Go365 mobile app? Doing so is the only way that data is pushed over to Go365 from Apple Health.
Can you please sign into your Go365 mobile app for a few minutes, and notify me once you have done so?
Hello. I've signed in everyday since 10/22/19. I have also deleted the app and re-downloaded it a few days ago, and still nothing
When you reconnected Apple Health, did you "turn all categories on" to allow all data types to be shared with us?
i've reconnected the apple health app and turned on all categories. hopefully that helps. please let me know if you see my information
