The step count information shows up fine on fitbit. The problem seems to be a go365 issue. I've screenshot the time frame in question which shows the steps from the last 3 weeks. Please add that info onto my go365 account.
Hi there! I was able to retrieve your missing step data. Please allow 24-48 hours for your Points to update. Also, please be sure to sync your tracker with your Fitbit account frequently. I always advise members to open up the Fitbit app after you are finished walking for the day (before bed), and your steps and Points will typically be updated by morning.
