My Apple steps have not synced up in weeks. Can someone help?
Hello! Unfortunately, we are not being sent any step data from Apple. Are your steps showing up within the Apple Health app?
If so, then your connection may just need to be refreshed. To do so, all you need to do is delete your Go365 mobile app, restart your phone, reinstall the Go365 app, and reconnect Apple Health.

When reconnecting, be certain to "turn all categories on" to allow all data types to be sent to us. Let me know when you have completed this process!
