I CANNOT SIGN IN YOU ARE SENDING MY CODE TO AN EMAIL ADDRESS I NO LONGER HAVE. I HAVE UPDATED THE EMAIL ADDRESS BUT YOU KEEP SENDING IT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS.
K - The old email address has been removed. Now when you attempt to sign into Go365.com with your username and password, you will then be prompted to enter a new/different email address to complete the 2-step process.
my and my wife has the same email it is *****@hotmail.com
Unfortunately, only one of you will be able to use that email address to complete the 2-step process. Once an email address is used, it cannot be used to verify anyone elses account.
Thank you for letting us know. I have sent your information over to the technical team, as they need to clear out the old email address. I will alert you here once cleared!
