I have been trying to login for the past two hours.
I'm very sorry for any frustration. The codes are valid for only five minutes, and every time you enter your username and password it will send you a brand new code (making all previous codes invalid). It is best to have two internet tabs open, one to sign into Go365.com and one for your email account. That way you can click back and forth easily.
Another option is to attempt to sign into your Go365.com account on a computer, and retrieve the confirmation code from your email account on your phone.
