Nothing has synced since part way through Monday 10/28
Thank you for bringing this to our attention! When did you last log into the Go365 Mobile app? It can take up to 24-48 hours for the steps to transfer and for the Points to be awarded.
I’ve logged in numerous times over the past few days, including today. On Monday 10/28 I had to re-download the new iOS on my phone but I’ve checked since then and my app still shows Apple Health as connected. Should I disconnect and then reconnect it?
Thank you for that information! Sometimes the IOS updates can out date the Go365 Mobile app. Can you please follow the process below to refresh the connection?
Please let me know when this has been completed. It can take up to 24-48 hours to start updating to Go365.
