Points are not posting. Not sure what is the problem. I think everything is working on my end.

Thank you for that information! Can you please disconnect your Fitbit account from Go365 and reconnect it? Be sure that when you reconnect your Fitbit, you allow all data to be shared with Go365.

Thank you for that information! Were you able to follow the process to disconnect and reconnect your Fitbit from Go365? Please be sure that when you reconnect, you do not login with Facebook or Google and that you use your email and password for Fitbit.
Can you please try using an internet browser and logging into your Fitbit account? Let me know if you see your steps listed on that account.
