I changed my cell phone carrier and new phone on Oct 18, my fitbit is synced under my new device daily but not the point is not showed on go365 . could you please advise?

I changed my cell phone carrier and having new phone on Oct 18. Everything is set up under new phone. My fitbit charge 2 is synced everyday but the points are not showed on go 365 report. Please help.
