I changed my cell phone carrier and having new phone on Oct 18. Everything is set up under new phone. My fitbit charge 2 is synced everyday but the points are not showed on go 365 report. Please help.
Thank you so much for providing that information! When you got the new phone, you could have accidentally created a different Fitbit account.
Can you please disconnect your Ftibit from Go365 and reconnect it using your current Fitbit email and password. When you are connecting it, allow all data to be shared.
Please be sure that you are not using Facebook or Google to connect your Fitbit, the data will not transfer.
