I haven’t received points on the Go365 app since Oct. 5th, but I’ve had some pretty long workouts & steps above 20K. Disheartened that I have now lost a month of recordings:(
Thank you for that information! If you recently got a new phone on that day, the Go365 Mobile app could be still trying to pull from the old phone.
Can you please follow the process below to refresh your connection?
Uninstall your Go365 Mobile appRestart your phone and check for updatesReinstall the Go365 Mobile appReconnect Apple Health and allow all data to be shared
