Hi I can't login to Go 365 (and haven't been able to for a long time) from my laptop using google chrome. I can login on the app on my phone, but this is not convenient for me.
Thank you for that information! I apologize for the delay! You may need to update the Java software on your computer. If it is not up to date it can cause the verification to not be completed or proceed to the next step.

It let me login but then sent me a confirmation code to 'confirm new
device' and didn't let me get past that step. Ironically, I can log into my
Humana account, no problems.
On chrome, I get as far as the screenshot below and then the page times
out. This has been happening for months now.

Unfortunately, if the java software is not up to date, you may need to contact your IT department to help verify your systems.
Are you able to access your Go365 account through the Go365 Mobile app or web browser on your phone?
Even with Java updated, it isn't working. It works through the phone app,
but not on my laptop.
