I have not received any points for my steps since Oct. 28. I only need 13 more points for a gift card and we will no longer be a part of Go365 at the end of the month. What can I do to get them on?

Please let me know if you continue to have any delays and please be sure to sync your Fitbit tracker to your Fitbit account at least weekly to avoid any missing data. It can take up to 24-48 hours for your Fitbit steps to transfer after you have sync'd your Fitbit tracker to your Fitbit account.
