My app and my wife’s stopped syncing activity from my health app on an iphone to the Go365. Basically has not registered the activity of two months.

I am sorry for my confusion. With Apple Health, you will want to be sure to log into the Go365 Mobile app frequently to avoid any missing data. When you login, it can take up to 24-48 hours for the steps to filter to Go365. This is because all of your steps are stored on your phone and not a server.
