I've used the same phone with my go365 ever since joining a couple of years ago. However, for the last several months, every time I login it tells me that it doesn't recognize my device! I receive a code via email which I type in and it says my device is now secure, yet the next day when I login I have to go through the whole process all over. Can you help?
